Delivery and Returns
Returns
We operate a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, to do this you must contact info@sayitwithchampagne.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need to submit proof of purchase within the order. Please note the personalised cards included within the gift box are non-refundable unless they are damaged upon arrival and proofs are attached within your initial returns email.
The customer will need to pay for their own returns once a returns label is provided by Say it With Champagne Ltd.
Once your order has been returned to us and if your return is accepted and it is in the same condition when shipped, we will process your refund. The customer is liable for any damage incurred to the product during the return shipping and this is at the customer’s own risk.
Your refund will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that this can take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
Please note £2.50 will be automatically deducted from your refund as the personalised cards are non-refundable.
Damages
When your order arrives, please check this over for any damages that may have incurred during shipment, if there are any damages to the products please contact us immediately.
Likewise, if you receive an item in your package which is incorrect or defective please notify us immediately. We will then request images of the box/item which is incorrect or damaged, which we will then review to make this right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product you have ordered for another, you will need to submit a returns email to send the original product back and submit a new order for the product you would like to buy. If however the product returned is damaged or not in its original packaging we will not be able to refund this.
Exchanges will also be considered when we have received a notification regarding a damaged product.
Shipping
Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship within the UK.
Please note the shipping times specified below should be used as a guide only and you will be able to track your orders once posted.
Postage is not included in the price of your orders, therefore please see below for the different shipment options available.
For delivery within 1 – 3 business days (first class) Postage is £5.95
For delivery within 2 – 4 business days (second class) Postage is £2.95
